Refund policy

We only refund you if KoiArt doesn't work on your Mac and you tell us within 3 days of buying.

When you get a refund

• KoiArt won't open, won't unlock with your key, or its effects and wallpapers don't work on your Mac.
• You write to support@spacerrs.com within 3 days (72 hours) of paying, from the email you paid with, and tell us what's wrong.
• We try to fix it first. If we can't, we refund the full price.

When you don't

• You ask after the 3 days are up.
• KoiArt works, but you changed your mind, don't like it, or don't use it.
• Your Mac doesn't meet the requirements on the website (macOS 14 or later).
• You bought the 5-Mac key and use it on fewer Macs.

How it works

Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 days. A refunded key stops working on every Mac it's on.

This doesn't take away any right your country's law gives you and that can't be waived.
