Terms

KoiArt is sold by Spacerr LLC, Wyoming, USA. Buying it gets you a lifetime license key to use KoiArt on your own Macs, with every update we release.

Payment

A key for 1 Mac costs $9 USD and a key for up to 5 Macs costs $15 USD, paid once through Stripe. There's no subscription.

Your key

We email you a license key right after you pay. It unlocks KoiArt on 1 Mac or up to 5 Macs, depending on what you bought. You can move it from one Mac to another by removing it in the app. Your key arrives at once, so by paying you ask us to deliver it right away and agree that you lose any right to cancel a digital purchase once it's delivered, apart from our refund policy below.

Refunds

We only refund you if KoiArt doesn't work on your Mac and you tell us within 3 days of buying. Changing your mind isn't a reason for a refund. The details are in our refund policy.

Fair use

Don't share your key beyond the Macs it's for, or resell it. The painted wallpapers are for your own desktop.

Ending a key

We can turn off a key that's refunded, charged back, shared publicly or resold.

No warranty

KoiArt is provided as is. We're not liable for more than what you paid for it.

Changes
